Start saving at Tom Thumb (Safeway) with P&G eSaver coupons!

Just sign into or sign up for P&G eSaver and click on "My Shopper's Cards".
Here you can add your Tom Thumb card number (and Kroger card number if you haven't yet) and start adding eCoupons to your card.

Remember, eCoupons are only good for a one time use. They also won't double or triple. The best part, they can be combined with your paper coupons for greater savings. There are quite a few BOGO coupons. They could make for some good deals in the future.
