A lot of grocery stores are owned by the same parent company. Funny, I used to think the only grocery stores that existed were Smith's, Dan's and Albertson's! I'm sure it's not a perfect list but at this time, this is what I found:
Albertson's is just Albertson's
Stores under the Kroger umbrella:
Ralph's
Smith's
Foods Co.
Dillon
Fred Meyer
Fry's
Gerbes
City Market
Kessel
King Soopers
Quality Food Center
Cala Foods
Bell Markets
Owen's
Jay C
Pay Less
Food 4 Less
Hilander
Stores under the Safeway umbrella:
Vons
Dominick's
Randalls
Tom Thumb
Genuardi's
Pavilions
Carrs
Simon David
Store sales across the country do not always run on the same schedule. So if you see a deal mentioned but don't see it in your ads, hang tight, the deal should show up in your store within a week or so. CVS & Walgreens sales ads are always the same except for cities that have alcohol advertising restrictions.
