Check your email for a CVS Advisor Panel Survey. If you qualify for the survey they will credit $10 Extra Care Bucks to your account that will print the next time you scan your card after February 13th. The survey took me about 15 minutes to complete.

The purpose of the CVS Advisor Panel is to solicit your input about CVS stores, products and services, and to obtain your suggestions for how they can improve CVS.

Throughout the year, they will send you invitations to participate in online surveys about CVS products and services. If you choose to participate in the surveys, they thank you for your time by crediting your ExtraCare account with $5, $10 or $15 in ExtraBucks.
